We have had a fun and busy week learning about Rosh Hashana!
We know that the mitzvah of Rosh Hashana is to hear the shofar. This idea was tied into the Hebrew curriculum, where we learned how to say the verb "to hear" (l'shmoa) in the single and plural form for both masculine and feminine tenses.
Today we spent time thinking about and writing down our own personal Tefillot for the new year.
We also wrote Shana Tova cards and packed Rosh Hashana packages for people in a nursing home. What a wonderful chessed!
Shana Tova!
