2C Hebrew is studying Tefillah in depth, as part of a school-wide Tefillah curriculum. We began with "Modeh Ani," the first Tefillah that we say every day.
Morah Tali taught us the meaning of the words "modeh ani" which means, "I am thankful." Then, we discussed the various things we are thankful for. Some examples were:
My neshama (soul)
My parents
My aunt and uncle
